Full Rebrand & Digital Relaunch

Objective

BE Property needed a full digital refresh to modernise their brand, improve trust, and increase property valuation enquiries. The goal was to reposition the business as a leading South Liverpool estate agency through a complete rebrand, website redesign, SEO optimisation, and ongoing digital content strategy.

What I did

  • Developed a new brand identity, including colour palette, typography, tone, and messaging.
  • Designed and built the new website from scratch in Webflow.
  • Created a clear service hierarchy, valuation funnel, and improved navigation.
  • Rewrote all website copy using a simple, local, trust-first voice aligned with brand values.
  • Implemented local SEO optimisation: metadata, GBP strategy, directory listings, and keyword mapping.
  • Delivered monthly performance reports with insights, data analysis, and next-step recommendations.
  • Produced social content templates, reels, photography standards, and ongoing content ideas.
  • Created lead-generation tools such as a valuation CTA, Linktree funnel, and film-led content strategy.

Creative Process

Brand Exploration: Interviewed the business, mapped local competitors, and crafted a personality-driven brand identity.

UX Strategy: Defined key user journeys, focusing on valuation requests, vendor trust, and tenant clarity.

Visual Design: Delivered a clean, premium, Liverpool-focused aesthetic that aligned with the new brand message.

SEO & Content: Planned keywords, Q&As, GBP content, blogs, and local optimisation for Allerton, Woolton, Aigburth, and Mossley Hill.

Iteration: Monitored performance, tested content formats, and continually refined structure and messaging.
