I’m a Senior UX and Product Designer specialising in complex digital ecosystems, design systems, and evidence-led product improvement. Over the past five years I’ve led UX strategy and delivery across high-impact platforms spanning ecommerce, SaaS, operational tools, and large-scale consumer applications.

Most recently, I’ve driven the digital transition from Yodel to InPost, leading the full rebrand of the customer app and website while establishing a new Figma-based design system adopted across multiple teams. My work blends user research, product thinking, and UI craft, supported by strong collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.

Alongside my full-time role, I run Two Bears Design — partnering with SMEs on branding, UX, websites, and digital growth. Whether I’m rearchitecting flows, teaching teams how to work with Figma, or designing end-to-end customer journeys, I bring a calm, structured, and detail-focused approach that delivers measurable impact for both users and businesses.
